White Chocolate Valentine’s Bark
Original Inspiration: http://pinkpatisserie.net/2015/02/val...
4 cups good quality white chocolate
1 cup crispy rice cereal
2 packets pop rock candy
1 cup assorted Valentine’s candy
Use a double boiler or the microwave to gently melt your white chocolate.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour crispy rice cereal and pop rocks in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Pour white chocolate over and smooth it out with an offset spatula or simply by moving the baking sheet around with your hands.
Decorate with Valentine’s candies.
Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until the chocolate is completely set.
Use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces.
